Lamb Ribs

I was visiting a local ethnic market and they had a full rack of Lamb Ribs! Has anyone ever cooked some of these up? thx
 
I went to a store last fall and when the guy went to get lamb ribs from his cooler it stunk up the whole store. They were starting to go bad, or were already bad. Needless to say I've never been back, but I still want to try them. Be sure to post some pics when you smoke them, okay?
