Labor Day London Broil

(Pics stink... fud wuz gud).

After abstaining from alcohol for the last 8 weeks, I decided to tie one on via a six pack of Abita purple haze and 3 rather large glasses of cotes du rhone. :p

Then I decided to take bad pictures of questionably cooked meats. :confused:

I realized that I hadn't taken finished grill pics or plated pics until I was having seconds. :eek:

I'll be sleeping well tonight... of this, I am sure. ;)

Top round London broil marinated and reverse seared with hasselback potatoes

All looks delish and, um, in focus, which I wish I could say about my pics. What's your secret? ;) Fud luks guud!
 
Looks fine to me! And at least you remembered to post it, so the Haze must not have been too bad.
 
:cool: looks good to me! At least you got it posted..I have had a few nites I just gave up and waited till the next day !(actually Saturdays cook waited till Sunday morning now that I think about it!) great effort!
 
Just be careful...too much.booze and 900 degree hot coals and equipment are a bad combination.....
