Labor Day London Broil

(Pics stink... fud wuz gud).

After abstaining from alcohol for the last 8 weeks, I decided to tie one on via a six pack of Abita purple haze and 3 rather large glasses of cotes du rhone.

Then I decided to take bad pictures of questionably cooked meats.

I realized that I hadn't taken finished grill pics or plated pics until I was having seconds.

I'll be sleeping well tonight... of this, I am sure.

Top round London broil marinated and reverse seared with hasselback potatoes

Just be careful...too much.booze and 900 degree hot coals and equipment are a bad combination.....
