I've begun looking for whole pigs to cook and discovered that there's a pig shortage. I may have to wait for prices to come back down before I cook a whole pig.

I'm not sure that a whole pig is the best or most cost effective way to go, but I really want to do one. I appreciate your offer and wish you lived closer as well.
