Know your cilantro source


 
i'll NEVER understand it when I read (or hear) folks say Cilantro tastes like soap.
now, I grew up in the 60s and have said a foul word or two (within earshot of my parents) which led to a mouthwashing of Ivory Soap....
who the **** hasn't??!! ;) (Chris, I put those stars there :) )

HOW in the world does Cilantro come across to people tasting like SOAP???
Do you Eat SOAP once in a while JUST so you KNOW what NOT TO LIKE?? Like Cilantro???!!!

Cilantro is an AWESOME herb I don't think I could EVER survive without it!

and YES!! We Grow Our Own! Year after Year.
No TP in our gardens.
 
When I was around 16, the first time I remember tasting it, I remember thinking it tasted a little like a dirty dish rag smelled...... It took a couple times to grow on me but now I love it.
