Chet, if you like really sweet cake-like "Yankee" cornbread, try that Sylvia's Cornbread that you posted the link to above. It's the one that's served at Sylvia's Restaurant in Harlem, NY. It's really good, but too sweet for me if I'm serving it with beans - really good slathered with butter, though.
The one that's offsite (same as the one Chris posted links for above) is less sweet and more crisp, and is the one that won the blue ribbon at the OK State Fair.
