Keeping masonry/pavers in BBQ pit area clean?

I finally got a masonry BBQ area with cobblestone-type pavers. With my kettle and bullet on it, I spill the usual: Mesquite lump dust, grease, ashes, etc. Can anyone recommend any cleaners that work well with stone, esp. for grease?

Degreaser, or a grease cutting detergent, and a scrub brush ought to work, if not, there's always a power washer.

My cookers set on a natural stone patio. I use a large rubber mat under the smoker. Every 6-8 months (or so), I power wash and seal it. No worries.
