My son lives in Hoboken, which is directly across the Hudson from Mid-town. The hottest new restaurant in town is a barbecue joint with a Texas atmosphere (the pitmaster used to work at the Salt Lick). There are Q joints opening up all over New Jersey. These Vets have a good chance of riding the wave and having a successful biz. Wish them all the best.
