real easy way to make fajitas/burritos that I've done several times & it's always good - drop some flank steak, green pepper (or jalapeno), onion, carrots or whatever else you like through a food processor with a slicing blade, fry it up.... or use chicken, same thing, but I used boneless/skinless thighs for that. It's not overly proportioned with salt compared to other flavors in the seasoning, to my tastes anyway....straight up, I'm sure it is.
