Hi all, my name is Jeff and i am new to BBQ'ing (particularly smoking). Ive cruised the site for a few weeks and have already learned a ton. I assembled a mini wsm (this past saturday) after going through that section of the forum and have already done 2 smokes on it. I have done ribs both times. turned out great! now I just need to save up for a full size WSM...
