Just made another salmon on the cedar plank - but now with video

Hi,

I thougt, although I already have posted some pictures about that procedure, I make a video for the bbq community.

I will explain it step by step. For example how exactly to make the marinade and how to cut the fish meat, in order that it stcks on the plank when it is ready smoked.

It is in german language, but I created detailed subtitles for you. It was a huge effort to film with three cameras and cut that in the right order afterwards in the videoprogram.

But for my BBQ friends only the best is good enough. Hahahha.... :-)

So check it out and tell me what you think.

Looks great Stefan. That fish is beautiful. If there were sub-titles on your video, I could not see them. Apparently Nick and Michael above me didn't have the same problem so it must have been something on my end. Thanks for the video and all the work.
 
Hi Cliff,

I think you have to click them on . There are some tools on the right lower side of the video screen window. The second one should be that for subtitles on/off.

Click on the "CC" button on the bottom right. The English subtitles will appear. They did for me.
 
You did an excellent job on the salmon and also the video, awaiting your rib video. Nice background with the rhody...
 
Thx....tomorrow we will have the ribs.

Tonight I will prepare them and do some video about the preparation...and tomorrow about the cooking.
