Just had to share my night sky

I did not know I lived near a dragon's den..

The picture, shot just before midnight, is a bleak copy of the actual view. I hope you like it. From now on, the days will be shorter, and winter is coming.

That bleak copy is amazing, the actual must be breathtaking. I really enjoy your photos and that link you provided of around your home. Norway is beautiful, but if winter is coming, I take it, it's best to see Norway in April & May?

The best part to visit Norway is June or July.
This picture is taken a few miles from here, there is still a lot of snow to enjoy if you want to, and I can go there in about five hours time if I want to.

I'll pass. There is lots of snow in the mountains this year, 360 inches in places.

The light is special. Today the sun rises at 03.41AM, and sets at 10.53.

My latitude is roughly 60.50, and that is in the middle of the Hudson bay.

Still, the first flowers on my tomato plants can be seen in my greenhouse, and the plants made from seeds that I got from Mr. Lampe looks great. :)

Thank you for the kind words.

Geir, the temps here are predicted to be at or near 100 all week long! Ahhhh, summer in the Carolina's!
Beautiful picture, thanks for sharing.
