If you use the nomex gasket, you might want to consider a compression latch on the door.

I've gotten the door fitting ok. It was just so frustrating because my 18.5" door fits great. I just saw that the Nomex gasket was delivered today. I'm going to spend more time bending the door to try to get it just a little bit better and then get the gasket on there and I think it should be good. I guess initially I didn't realize how many people had this same issue. My 18.5" was a perfect fit.
