Just A Small 5 lb Brisket

My wife came home from Costco with a small, trimmed, 5 lb brisket ("thought you'd like this honey" she said and of course I do!) but thought I'd get some input on smoking one this small.

High temp method? Standard low and slow? Sometimes a larger cut of meat is easier to manage than a small one. My guess is go slow with 1.5 hours per pound at about 225-250 for about 7+ hours or so to complete.

Thoughts?

That's a piece of a brisket, likely from the flat. You can cook low or high. If quite trimmed I'd highly suggest foiling ~160, then cooking till tender in the foil, whatever cooktemp you choose.
