This time I did try chix breast. Turned out ok. Tasty but still little on the dry side. Maybe less time next time.

The black tower is a chimney I just build for it- works great.

Grates are in good shape because I use trays under my meat for easy in and out and keep the grates somewhat clean.

Fuel- Lump mixed with reg. charcoal.

I build this smoker with 4 easy to get to levels for possible comp. cooking one day......................maybe.
