I really enjoy a filet mignon and try to cook it appropriately, but my favorite cut of steak is a porterhouse followed closely by a T-bone. I just don't really enjoy a steak that doesn't have a bone it. It's the same for pork chops, bone in please!I don’t recall the last time I cooked up a bone in ribeye. I need to fix that, stat!
