Juicy lucy (hamburger)

Ok time again to post todays grill.

Protein: minced pork/beef 50/50,fat around 20%-25%

Spices: Salt,blackpepper,garlik powder & Worcestershire sauce(5 taps or so).

Heat: High,lid on

Sauce: sauce them when i turn them(6 min)

Time: 12 min (6 on both side´s)

Trimings: what ever u like,i use onion,tomatoes,sallad

smooke: usually none(but had 2 bits of half burned apple wood by the grill so they go in :P )

My take on a juicy lucy:

3 burgers around 150g
American cheese and chili sauce(serious hot one)

For those who isnt used to "juicy lucy" (2 patties filled with cheese)

Get em tight together at the end use water on ur hands not oil(they crack open easy if u use oil)

Form two(2x75g) patties with the chilli and cheese between into one burger(its now 150 grams *magic* :P )(well + fillings)
