Jerky Cannon for making stuffed peppers

Love kitchen gadgets.

This is a 16 inch Aluminum Jerky Cannon.

I bought this off of Fleabay, for 1.09

I don't make jerky, as my intended use is for stuffing peppers, the long ones, or maybe ABTs.

Thinking there might be lots of others uses for it.

You can make sausage (Brats, Kielbasa, Andouille, Slim Jims, etc).

haha no, the wine did not come with it.

I placed the wine bottle there, to provide a sense of scale.

For some reason, a bottle of wine is often found lurking in my kitchen!

By the way, that is a bottle of Trader Joe's Nouveau, one of my favorites.
