Jerked Pork Medallions--- yea mon

Quick cook this evening before the nightly thunderstorm (been having tstorms about 5 of 7 nights for last 3 weeks straight )

Broke down a small pork loin and Marinated (overnight) it in combo of
OJ/lime juice/onion/1 habanero/pickling juice from jar jalapeños/minced garlic/thyme/allspice/S+P/cinnamon/nutmeg/gr mustard

Really good, tender and juicy with a lil heat and a touch of cinnamon/nutmeg lurkin in the shadows ...

That should have been real flavorful with all the different flavors you added to the marinade. Great

I can appreciate grilling between the raindrops. Nothing beats the too-much-rain blues like something grilled!
