Jerk Chicken Cuban Sandwiches

When I got home yesterday after work, on the kitchen table, was a 24pk of Blue Moon Seasonal beer and a birthday card. She is awsome!! Our dinner plans was for me to cook some jerk chicken. While sitting at work, I told myself, lets make Jerk Chicken Cuban Sandwiches. My second favorite sandwich. Patty Melts are my #1 favorite. So with that being saud, I fired up the 22.5.
