Jalapeno ideas

I'm going to be coring some jalapenos and was thinking of making something different, along the lines of having a slightly sweet stuffing mixture to go inside. They will be standing upright on a pepper stand in my kettle grill tonight while I have a pork roast cooking.

Any ideas on what to stuff inside?

I used some Pineapple cream cheese spread mixed w/ rub & honey. Spritzed them a bunch with apple juice concentrate.. Pretty good.
