Jack Daniels Maple Syrup Brined Turkey Cook - Video

Did a quick turkey cook on my ceramic and thought I'd record it since it wasn't Thanksgiving and had a little more time, not as many guests or food to cook. Just a note we were also tasting some champagnes that we'll be serving for Thanksgiving so I'm a little "lubricated" by the end of the video. Enjoy! TURKEY COOK VIDEO.

Thanks for the comments guys. All my videos are pretty raw, not a lot of editing or re-shoots going on, what you see is what you get. I've done several others that are linked to this one.

BTW, I prefer cherry over the pecan (for those of you who watched the video).

Larry I loved every part of this video!! Cracked me up from the trio of breakfast beers to the end result which ended up sounding much like some of my cooking logs! Loved your kitchen by the way!

Thanks Morgan, i have fun doing these recordings. Not going to win any awards for production quality but theres usually some comedic value in there and the Q is always great.

Did exact same cook on T-Day with out of town Family and bird and casserole were big hits.
