The main event. Seasoned with garlic salt bad black pepper. No trimming.

Low and slow tonight...

You're off to a good start Tony, I'm sure the finish will be perfect. I really like that beer and most of the beer that Lagunitas makes, with Maximums probably being my favorite. In fact I like that brewery so much that I'm planning a weekend trip to their brewery and tap house mid April of this year.
