It's over. How do I know, you ask? We were having friends over yesterday...so I decided to do spares on the WSM. The night before I had a nigntmare - about shiners! I'm officially addicted folks! Thank goodness for the 24x7 therapy the site provides.

Oh - the spares were well received! Happy smoking/grilling/BBQ'ing y'all!
