I braved the late part of today’s storm from 4-515p to grill. Three sets of flip flops, one umbrella, one Home Depot bucket to hold the umbrella, one rain coat. And I didn’t burn or drop anything. That’s success.

i am going to try the KFC recipe next. wallyworld had the LA chicken mix in the large box format. note, winco has the smaller plastic sized one in stock along with the other LA branded fry products too.

i deboned split breasts last night (i wanted the bones for stock) and 20 thighs too. the weather looks good for this week to grill again. yesterday was a disaster outside. brutally cold and rainy.
