The title is an old saying from Joe Dean when he used to call basketball games for the SEC years ago. Today, I am sad for old big blue. Enough about that......time for some chicken. I posted this recipe in the poultry section earlier this week and it has become my favorite.

It was a snowy day on Frozen Creek.....

Cookin' with a hot fire!!!!

I started the meat skin side down and seasoned the back side.....

I then flipped the chicken over. This image is before I seasoned the top......

I then made some "house" blue cheese dressing. I got the recipe from my aunt Janice....

And the chicken was cooked the way I like. It was moist and delicious!

Thanks again for the positive comments! I love my CI grates and I recommend them to everyone. But, these were cooked indirect and you should be able to get the same results cooking on the standard Weber grate. The color on the meat really comes from the seasoning.
