It's been a while since I have posted anything. I read all of your posts everyday and they are all wonderful. So here it goes

Started with a slad of ribs with my homemade rub. I fotget whats in it. :)
Then I started the kettle with Kingsford and no wood using the snake method


Then on to the grill the slab goes

After about two hour and a half hours in it was time to foil. I used brown sugar, honey and squeeze butter with a little rub

After the ribs where foiled for two an half hours the where taking out of the foil and sauced with KC Masterpeice.

Off the grill and ready for serving. Sorry no plating pictures.

Looks great. I wish my kettle still held temps that low. I think it is time to replace the one touch system
