Well, even after sleeping the entire night (that NEVER happens) without having a chance to check the smoker, I got up this morning and finished them in the oven (something else that never happens) here are the pix in this order (I hope):
3 done and waiting to be pulled, one pulled, all of them vac. sealed and in the freezer. Thanks for looking!
