It's a gangsta nation kind of night.....


 
Man the look and sound of that tri tip cooking over wood is magical! I can ALMOST smell it but I'll have to cook my own for the full effect.
 
Dang you Tony! lol man I know your on the west coast.....but man you make me feel guilty! It's in the teens here (Northern East Coast ) this weekend, but I keep seeing your cooks and now you have me in the need for a Smoke!
I'll post up what you made me go and do!
