got 4 monsters going right now! started them around 6 pm. about to check them and maybe turn them. i'll post pics of the finished cook.
 
Greg, just woke up to check on mine. I got an 8 ½ and a 7 lb shoulder going. Put them on at 5 pm and have maintained within a few degrees of 225. Meat temp is at 157. It’s raining right now in NorCal. How is yours coming along?
 
7 am shows them at 185. no rain, but temps were dipping into the 40's. had to add some fuel around 3 am. post some finished pics if you can chuck! and i'm sure it's a little warmer here that it is up north!
