I used Chris' "quick cook" pulled pork recipe - I must say - not bad! I didn't have the time for a 19 hours stint so I went ahead with this version. It didn't have the deep "smoke" flavor but time wise - it only took 5 1/2 hours!!! It was an 8 lb butt cooked for 3 1/2 hours at 250 (I didn't have water in the pan but it held steady @ 250) then foiled for 2 hours and pulled at 205 internal.

Wipped up some fresh coleslaw and bbq sauce and Baam! again - not bad at all
