I was up at dawn getting my WSM ready (a brisket for my daughter’s 20th Birthday).

The air is still, the water is like glass reflecting the light. I can hear the birds starting to wake. Temp on WSM is slowly coming up and scent of cherry wood is touching the air.

And people ask me why I don’t sleep in on the weekends.
