Is it worth it?

Maybe worth it. The charcoal bin is missing and the only other possible hindrance would be if you don't like the conversion he's made for the larger propane tank. You can't mount it underneath like the smaller ones because the thin frame and plastic table won't support the weight (over time).

The crack in the table - if not too extensive - isn't that big a deal. A simple, clear 2-part epoxy can make it as good if not better than new.

I personally would have to have the charcoal bin at his asking price, or my offer drops by $30. Or, personally, I drop interest altogether.

There will be others.

You can probably get a lower price because of the cracked table. If you buy it, register it with Weber and they will replace the table. That's what I did.

I have been watching this sale for about 2 months now he stated at 180-200 area, so getting it for 100-110 should not be a problem. Maybe he took out the bin to put tha tank down there? aAnd the table is no big deal still under warrinty. Go for it,If you do not like it you can resell for the same price.

Yeah, I've been watching it from the beginning so thinking he will be pretty flexible on the price.

Brian, thanks! I'm about 95% I'm getting it tomorrow so I'll let you know!

Di d you ever email or call him to find out what really happened to the bin? Did he take it out or did he buy it used and it was never there?

Glad you got it,not a real bad price seems he started at what 180 so you did ok, congrats it is a nice grill, did a 6.5 lb pork shoulder in mine yesterday(Saturday) took about 4.5 hours at 300 came out real nice nice.

Here is the crack he was talking about, it's on the backside of the table.

Burned it out last night and found out the igniter sputters a little bit, and it needed a new charcoal grate. Overall I'm very happy with it!

You are gonna love that performer....probably just need to clean the burner.....it will be worth it to have the gas assist.Charcoal grate $10 at Home Depot....get 2 so you can cross them for lump charcoal.

What is the date stamp on the top vent, like a DO,DR,DI that grill must be 2005 or so , so the table is still under warinty, just tell weber you broke it moving it. put on some new hardware (SS) of course and many years of fun to come.
