I was inspired by the recent "Smothered Chicken Breast" cook. Today was my birthday and when Jen asked me what I wanted for dinner, I said "I want to grill". Marinated some BSB in KC Masterpiece Chipotle Lime Marinade for about an hour. Also soaked some red onion and green pepper in a mixture of fresh squeezed lime juice, veg oil, and adobo seasoning, with an extra dash of cumin and chipotle powder.

Got some Dave Matthews/Tim Reynolds Live from Radio City on the outdoor speakers, and fired up the Performer with some Harris Teeter Briq's that were on sale for $3.99/9 lbs. A glass (or two) of Carmenere/Cabernet for company...

Just about done - a tad longer for the veg...
