Informal Survey. Who prefers a Vinegar base sauce on their pulled pork?

Put me down for Vinegar sauce. Eastern NC style. Great recipe on this board originally posted by Richard Johnson on 9/25/03 and reposted by Doug Parizo 5/28/04.

I work up near the airport but can usually take a little extra time for lunch. Jack Stack sounds great!

Only vinegar based sauce I ever tried was from the Mr Brown's recipe. Way too pungent for me (almost all vinegar). I do like a thinner sauce like Bone Suckin. Might have to do some experimenting with using vinegar to cut a tomato-based sauce. Might also have to get my hands on a decent vinegar-based sauce and give it another try.
 
Just tried Bone Suckin Sauce. Very tasty but just a tad sweet for me. Maybe I'll add some more vinegar.
