Since SPD fell on a weekday, my CB&C will be crock pot cooked, and that's fine it's good. I do have two briskets curing since Sunday night. They'll get smoked Saturday (home-cured / smoked Pastrami) and made into Pastrami Reuben sandwiches. I'm really looking forward to Saturday

Not today ( too windy ) so using the indoor Rival roaster oven on steam mode. Jewel had a great sale on Vienna points & flats last week so I loaded up.
Doing a Guinness malted chocolate cake w/ Baileys frosting.

I just tapped my Irish Red Ale. Sitting on the back deck, eating Shepard's Pie (with smoked brisket), listening to Irish music on Pandora.
