Improving store bought slaw

What kinds of things can I add to improve the flavor of store-bought coleslaw? I wanna kinda "make it my own".

I'm thinkin' garlic, red pepper flakes, bell pepper...that kinda stuff.

Any more ideas?

Add a little diced bacon. The local market carries a brand with red onion and bacon.
Quite tasty!

Very nice, Timothy. That's a keeper.
To be clear, I'm talkin' 'bout just chopped cabbage and carrots, dry, in a bag.

I've found just a few shakes of cayenne does wonders for store-bought slaw. Yes, it can tax the more tender palates, but it really amps up depth of flavor.

Minced red bell pepper, minced dill pickle or cornichon, minced parsley, some sour cream, white balsamic and a little lemon juice to cut through the often way-too-sweet storebought stuff.
