Was at Costco yesterday. Whole boneless ribeye sub primal $14.99lb. That is my go to. Cut it how I like, will be getting one next week, and getting it cut down to a proper size prime rib roast for our Christmas Day meal at my daughter's. Gonna do the first part of the cook on the smoker, and finish it at 450 deg or so just before carving and presenting
