I will just leave this here

I’ve yet to see it in person. His wife was hoping to get it done quickly (prefers quick cooks over charcoal) and I have a few already blasted. He said he’s not concerned about the cookbox as long as they’re in similar condition.

He showed me a couple pics on his phone. He said he wants to return it to as original as possible. He’ll be buying all the parts and is willing to spend extra on nice stuff. Trying to put him in touch with Dave Santana.

If he wants it to be as original as possible, tell him to buy all Weber parts unless he needs Zbars too.

I should’ve worded that better. He wants to reuse as much as possible. I’m assuming it has the dual sided center burner. Which I should be able to clean up (I’ve yet to try blasting a burner tube 🤔 I may give one of my old junky ones a quick try).
This one has been in his garage the last 8-10 years so I’m hoping it’ll need minimal rust remediation.

My new tools showed up and I'm happy with them so far. The plastic toolbox they came in isn't practical but set the drawers in the top drawer of my toolbox works great for me.

Also picked up this DeWalt router with fixed base and plung base and some bits. Looking forward to making some slats and handles out of different wood species.

Carefully considering what tools to add with my limited space.

You got yourself some good looking gear there!

I hear you, it's nice to have all the right tools. I've been eyeing this for grill work but haven't pulled the trigger. It's a lot more powerful than my regular drill, but a little on the expensive side.View attachment 112547
This looks like a good deal Steve on Amazon.
Discounted Used very good condition usually means it's just a unused return item and of course free returns if you're not satisfied for any reason.
