The butt has been rubbed with famous Daves sweet and smokey, and resting in the fridge. Looking forward to midnight to put this baby on. My weekends are a blast since I have gotten this thing. Everyone enjoy your cooks this weekend.

This pulled pork turned out awsome, Nice bark, great smoke ring, fell apart, juicy. I think it was just a little too sweet. I think on my next one I will use a mix of wood hickory, and apple, (not just apple) and try a diffrent rub (I used a sweet and smokey by Famous Daves)

I thought Menards and Home Depot had cherry. If you ever get over this way, stop by Quetopia BBQ. Great selection of wood, rubs, sauce and supplies.
