I need a lesson in ham.


 
Man, I sure learned a lot about Spam, etc. here!. I haven't had Spam in years (since i was a kid?), but reading all this makes me want to go back and experiment -- especially with the Spicy(?). To me, the key is to accept that it's "processed" HEAVILY and see what you can get from it. I grill almost daily, but maybe half of my cooks are my take on processed food (sausage, tater tots, various TexMex options, frozen or local puzzaria pizza, and on and on. With a little ingenuity, you can make any processed food better and even special.

Of course, what all that says is that any processed food needs wotk -- even Spam.
 
We never ate Spam growing up, but we did have our share of canned Corned Beef

I had canned corned beef when the pandemic started, I was testing long term storage food because things were weird in the supply chain. I think I like Spam more. :)
