Gorgeous day ahead here in CA, and I get to cook my favorite Q food --- RIBS! Will be getting started in a couple of hours.......film at eleven!

The ribs are on, and this is my first run with the DigiQ managing the temps. So far, so good with the temp holding at my set point of 230 +/- 5 degrees. I didn't snap any pics on the grill, but here are two racks with trimmings prepped -- mustard slather and DP Red Eye Express:
