With the fire danger, skyrocketing cost of propane, charcoal getting expensive, the only thing I reliably have is Electricity from my rooftop solar, and soon I'll go completely off the grid.

So, I've ordered a weber pulse and can't wait for it to arrive.




You might be wondering how I'll get the treasured smoke flavor? I ordered a sampler pack of these.




So, if anyone is interested in my 22 inch OTP kettle, WSM, my 1000 - Silver B edition, or the pit boss pellet, they will all be sold to just about cover the cost of the pulse.

I'm keeping the big green egg as it will make a great planter for an herb garden.
