Just thought I'd introduce myself. Built my first Mini-WSM about 4 years ago. Currently have (2) SMJ silvers with side vents and four different pots. One pot has been modified to a dedicated pizza oven. Smoke a couple times a week and make pizza every week. I also have a propane GOSM and a 1967 Casa Q (the original Green Egg).
