New member from Minnesota with about 40 years of grilling and smoking with a 22.5" Weber Kettle, and with only two kettles in all that time! Today I purchased and assembled a 18.5" Smokey Mountain Cooker. Well made as all Weber products tend to be. I'm looking forward to achieving a better and more consistent quality of BBQ with it. And I'm glad to find this forum. There's plenty of knowledge and experience with the WSM here!
