Moved here from the western slope of colorado where I had a DCS gas grill and a Bradley Smoker . Moved the DCS and gave the Bradley to our son .
I have spent the last year and a half researching smokers and had kinda decided on an egg . But I walked into the store , past the egg , to the far corner of the store where I spotted my 22 WSM . He came home with me .
Three days later after reading up on this forum I did my first smoke , 10# pork butt and 5 very meaty bone in beef ribs . Both turned out fantastic . I am so impressed this guy ( although I haven't named him yet ) !
