I'm Al and I've been looking at smokers for quite some time and based off of quality, cost, and the wife approval factor decided to get a WSM 22.5" as my first smoker. Ordered it, UPS tortured it, Amazon is working on replacing it. With any luck I'll have my WSM 22.5" next week and can start smoking, not a huge fan of bone-in meat but I love shredded pork, chicken, and brisket which are my main goals to learn to smoke. Though I'll also try my luck at ribs.
