Hello,

I received a new wsm last year for fathers day. Life has been busy and a year later I've still not used the thing. I have some time off next month and would like to at least do one smoke on it.

I would like to make this in the picture below off the Amazon site, photo from Chris Allingham. Are there instructions or a tutorial for this smoke somewhere on the site?

If I can make a recommendation, you might want to try a pork butt for your first smoke. Brisket is an advanced meat and you haven't learned your cooker yet.
