How old is this avocado?

The WKC has some resources that you can use to verify a more exact age. Without looking though, assuming the plastic wheels with rubber treads are original I think it would put it in the early 1970s. The price isn't a steal, but it does appear to be in a pretty decent shape. If you don't have an avacado and it is close by it is worth taking a closer look and offering some cash or trade. At least that is what I would do if that exact kettle was near me.
