Hi, I am new to the discussion and would like some friendly advice. I have only cooked single racks of side rbs on my WSM, i have guests comming on Saturday and am cookin 4 racks. my question is do i need to add extra chunks of Hickory? For one rack i would normally use 2 fist sized pieces do i need to use considerably more wood or not. Any responses would be apprecited. Thanks, Kelly
